Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Sara Hamilton Well-Being, I highly respect your time and custom. I am thankful for every client that walks through my doors, time and time again. I perform every session to the highest of my ability and care deeply for each person in my care.

When booking an appointment with me, I ask for the same level of respect in return. Therefore, a booking and cancellation policy is in place to protect myself from loss of business and earnings.

Please read the information below before making an appointment.

Booking Policy

The diary for bookings opens for 6 month periods at a time. January to June followed by July to December. If you are an existing client, you will be notified via text message when the future 6 month period is available for bookings. This will also be announced via social media.

If you are an existing client and wish to continue with your regular appointments, please reply with your most suitable dates and times when notified of the diary opening. You will be offered appointments based upon your request. These will be held for 24 hours or until I hear back from you. If unsuitable, alternative dates/times will be offered where possible.

If you are a new client wishing to book in, please get in touch and I will try to accommodate you. Please note that appointments are given to existing clients first.

If visiting the cabin for the first time, and pregnant, please notify me before hand so that I can make your visit as comfortable as possible.

Cancellation Policy

I will do everything I can to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations as required. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to modify or cancel your appointment.

If your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the booking, charges will apply. I will contact you regarding this, you will be provided with a secure online payment link to pay your fee. All fees must be paid before you can attend for future appointments. Please read the applicable charges below.

  • Appointments cancelled BEFORE 24 hours of appointment time: No fee.
  • Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment time: 50% of your appointment fee.
  • Appointments cancelled within 4 hours or you do not show up for: Full appointment fee.

Running Late?

If you are running late for your appointment please let me know as soon as possible. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, I may not have the time to perform your full appointment. In this case, your appointment will be cancelled. I will reschedule when possible.
